Project Manager, Sales & Marketing Operations

Job DescriptionWe offer an excellent benefit package to our full-time Team Members that include Day One medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, Paid Time Off (PTO) program and extraordinary travel benefits!The Project Manager, Sales & Marketing Operations, is responsible for the operational planning, tracking, reporting/communication, business change management, value realization, and successful execution and adoption of key projects across the Field Operations organization.Additional Responsibilities include:* As a Project Manager within Sales Operations, you’ll work to closely with Product Owners to drive projects and business change management through to completion* Partner with key stakeholders across the business to plan, develop, integrate, and execute on strategic sales initiatives* Provide Executive dashboard on all projects, timelines, and barriers on a biweekly basis* Create, prioritize, and manage project intake form submissions, evaluating execution readiness by highest value, speed to market and level of complexity* Drive process and momentum for key projects using common frameworks, methodologies and standardized practices and approaches* Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure feasibility* Develop a detailed project plan utilizing Workfront application to track progress* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget* Provide continuous communication between other business unit stakeholders and Executive Leadership to ensure full visibility and provide a clear escalation path when necessary* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation* Assess project risks and develop mitigation plans and/or escalations to leadership for timely manner resolution* Partner with training and communication teams to ensure appropriate change management tools to drive support and adoption of the project or initiative* Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications* Conduct post implementation review of every project to quantify success or opportunities within the initiativeOur dedication to excellence is recognized and celebrated by some outstanding accolades, including being named to Newsweek’s Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces® list consecutively in 2021 and 2022, awarded two sought-after Stevie® Awards in The 20th Annual American Business Awards® including a Gold Stevie for Company of the Year – Hospitality and Leisure and a Silver Stevie Award for Achievement in Growth, being named a top company in Travel & Hospitality by LinkedIn on its 2022 Top Companies Industry Edition list, ranking first in the hotel and travel industry on Dave Thomas Foundation’s “Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces” list and becoming a Great Place to Work® certified company in 2022.QualificationsHilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering dedication to innovation, quality, and continued growth.
