Reports to the Property Manager

Position Overview:

The Front Desk Manager supports the propert y by managing operations of all visitor reception responsibilities, cordially and professionally answering and routing a high-volume of calls, assisting with various administrative functions, and working on special projects as needed.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

– Communicate directly with residents and guests, both in person and by telephone.

Resolves residents and guests issues, complaints and problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of satisfaction and quality service.

– Ensure the Front Desk team provides a professional and friendly service for residents and guests.

– Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.

– As a supervisor you will be a role model, sharing your expertise and continually inspiring the Front Desk team.

– Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.

– Responsible for securing all property at the Front Desk area and limiting access to the said area by residents or guests.

– Knowledge of the fire procedures and proper handling of the fire alarm system and make announcements.

– Responsible with providing the management office with detailed incident reports.

– Processing and providing packages to residents.

– Aware and enforcement of the condominium Rules and Regulations and report issues to the management office.

– Ensures that buildings’ access points are secure throughout.

– Must be cognizant of any issues that may cause injury and liability in any way i.e.

leak damages to vehicles, etc.

– Follow proper procedures when dealing with an emergency i.e.

water leaks, complaints, etc.

– All other duties as required

Requirements:

HS Diploma is required
Strong verbal communication skills
Experience in customer relations
Operation of office equipment such as computers, calculators, phones, fax machines, electric mail metering device, etc.

Work experience as Front Desk Representative as well as previous supervisory experience in a similar position
Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required
Must be able to lift to 30 lbs
