Brown & Brown is looking for a Account Manager to join our Employee Benefits team in Sarasota, Florida!
Responsible for account management, high quality customer service for the clients and support to the sales team always maintaining a pleasant and helpful attitude. Primary job function is to make every effort to retain business and assist producers with opportunities for new business, cross selling and account rounding on existing accounts as appropriate. Assist in the growth and profitability of the Employee Benefits Department, for customer accounts and transactions in support of the production of the business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Bachelor’s Preferred or equivalent experience and 2-15 License.
Active Florida Life & Health Insurance license required.
Minimum typing speed of 40 to 50 words per minute preferred.
Practical knowledge of Applied and Outlook programs preferred.
Proficient in Excel and Word, preferred.
