It is a joy meeting with people that have asked to meet with us and even more joy helping them protect their families.

Job Details:
This is a remote sales opportunity. All of our appointments are conducted either on the phone or on a Zoom type call.

It must be stated upfront that this is a 100% commission only position. Your work ethic and skills will determine the amount of income you will make.

New agents that have followed our proven system have earned up to and in excess of $100,000 in their very first year. Some of our exceptional people have earned much more.

A typical day consists of contacting people that have asked for our help, setting up both phone appointments and virtual appointment, and finally, completing the sales presentations and closing the business.
It is not difficult but it takes commitment. Here are the metrics:

Of the leads you receive, 30-45% will book an appointment. 25-65% will make a purchase. What determines your set rate and closing rate is experience and your sales excellence. 

Although some people have more natural ability than others, nothing takes the place of a strong commitment to self improvement and learning.
It is your responsibility to fully vet our company and to understand exactly what we do. We will send you everything you need to get started doing this. This includes websites, videos and content explaining in detail who we are, what we do, why we do what do and how we do what we do.

In addition, you should take it upon yourself to do your own due diligence.

In addition to everything already mentioned, you must absolutely be able to pass a background check and either have a state life insurance license.

If you do not yet have a state life insurance license, you must be willing to obtain one. This is not an issue for motivated individuals as we will help you with the training and point you in the right direction to get this done quickly, usually 2-3 weeks.

Finally, it is required to get additional non-resident licenses ( 3-10) before starting.

No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
