This is a Contract position in Naples, FL posted June 22, 2022.

AAPC is looking for a competent Account Executive to unearth business opportunities and expand our relationships with academic partnerships like community colleges, tech schools and four-year schools to deliver AAPCs curriculum to tomorrows health care professionals.

The ideal candidate will be well connected and experienced in prospecting, negotiating, and closing new business deals.

Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with new education partners, building them into long-term profitable relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities: Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with that achieve assigned monthly sales quotas and targets Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as social networking and leveraging prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, Salesforce.com etc.

Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales Consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge to inform meaningful conversations with prospects Make presentations to senior managers and decision makers Draft and deliver proposals Work with technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirements Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis Report on weekly sales activity Keep daily detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions in CRM Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods Work with delivery teams to proactively address problems Work with marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns Provide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings Identify sales support requirements and work with marketing to improve sales tools Qualifications: Proven experience as an account executive, or similar sales role Autonomous go getter Knowledge of market research, pipeline management, and negotiating principles Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg.

Salesforce) and prospecting software (eg.

Outreach, Zoominfo) is a plus Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships Organizational and time-management skills A business acumen Enthusiastic and passionate Working at AAPC At AAPC, our highest priority has always been our people.
