About You You have already become an expert in the emerging realm of retailer media and retail media networks (IE: Amazon, Walmart Connect, Roundel, Criteo, Citrus ads, etc).

Maybe you came to this skill via your experience in paid search marketing aka SEM, or programmatic media buying through DSPs.

Or perhaps even as a media planner you work with clients to evaluate all marketing channels and determine the right investment levels to support their trade partnerships.

We are looking for an experienced marketer with in-the-trenches knowledge of what it takes to service and expand retail media investments.

This newly defined role will sit within our Growth Labs team and partner closely with our other channel leads (SEM, Programmatic, Media) and our Client Services team to develop capability, win business and grow accounts in this new media type.

You’ll be responsible for: Developing training materials and curriculum to share throughout the agency and clients Developing and maintain vendor relationships with retail media networks Supporting client services teams in account audits and program strategy development Collaborating with sales and marketing to author Agency POVs, whitepapers and case studies showcasing our depth and breadth in retail media services You’ll need to have: 5 years’ experience working in media and marketing Minimum of 2 years’ experience working directly with retailer media platforms Strong communication skills including the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders Strong cross functional collaboration skills Effective project management with the ability to multitask Desire to learn and grow and champion change About Us 3Q’s unique culture is developed and nurtured by our fantastic people and our core values: Be Inclusive.
