Candidate is expected to display influential decision-making with fantastic research and communication skillsClearing title for real estate transactions.Reviewing title commitments and closing documents in order close real estate transactions.Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.Review and be able to close items that are revealed in municipal lien searches.Perform residential and commercial real estate closings.
