We currently have an opening for a Talent Operations Coordinator in our El Segundo office (HQ).

We are working remotely right now but plan on transitioning back in a couple of months.

Responsibilities: RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinating interview schedules for recruiters and hiring managers.

Meeting and greeting candidates and coordinating interview line-ups.

Sending correspondence to candidates during the recruiting process including interview confirmations, necessary applicant documents and various follow-up.

Updating recruiting reports and candidate databases.

Collecting candidate feedback summaries from interviewers.

Sourcing for candidates for entry level jobs using Indeed, LinkedIn, and Handshake.

Complete reference checks.

Post open jobs.

Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in an administrative role Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Outlook Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse staff and applicant pool High energy, positive demeanor, and the desire to learn more Strong work ethic and self-motivated BENEFITS & PERKS: COVID-19 RESPONSE: As an essential service, 24 Hour Home Care is committed to being part of the solution
