Duration: 3 months contract, may extend dependent on workload and/or convert to an FTE

Required: Candidate must have experience with Ariba buying & invoicing module. Ideal experience also includes Fieldglass.

The Procurement team is looking to add operational support to the Procure-to-Pay team. The Procure-to-Pay (P2P) drives value across three main processes in the procurement lifecycle: requisitioning, purchasing, and invoicing.

Operational Analysts are responsible for the consistent execution of procurement/Ariba/Fieldglass transactions, to achieve business objectives while ensuring organizational needs are met within the boundaries established by company policies and procedures. They support daily procure-to-pay process, maintenance of suppliers and related contracts in purchasing databases.

Candidate must be customer-centric including the ability to communicate professionally in both verbal and written forms with stakeholders and suppliers. The primary responsibilities include but not be limited to:

• Reviews purchase requests and statements of work and determines work path depending on established criteria.
• Executes procure-to-pay process including supplier enablement, purchase requisition and purchase order creation.
• Serves as the point of contact for internal and external customers on process and status inquiries.
• Optimize and innovate processes to reduce risk and improve customer experience.
• Ensures timely execution of purchasing processes in support of established performance metrics and business needs.
• Assists stakeholders with the lifecycle of an SOW and related workers managed within Fieldglass, this excludes any SOW contract details.
• Provides Fieldglass system support to stakeholders and suppliers, including but limited to training, uploads & SOW revisions.

• Review and approve SOW’s in buyer approval queue
• Proactive reach-out to SOW Owners for contracts expiring
