My client is a mid-size provider of end-to-end electronics manufacturing services (EMS) including PCBA production, systems integration and comprehensive testing services, enclosure fabrication, as well as product design, sustaining engineering and supply chain management services.

Job Details
Education and Experience for the Electronic Manufacturing Engineer:
BS Degree in a related Engineering discipline preferred.
Lean and/or Six Sigma Certification preferred.
Must have excellent problem solving skills and possess good analytical, verbal and written communication skills
Experience with customers on identifying and suggesting DFx opportunities.
Must have solid engineering experience in the printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) industry in a high-reliability environment; contract manufacturing experience a plus.
Ideal experience to include working with all areas of PCBA – SMT, Thru-hole, Press Fit, etc. Processes such as SMT Pick and Place, Manual & Auto Insertion for Thru-hole, Press/Router operations, Solder rework, Thermal profiling, Automatic Optical Inspection, Aqueous Cleaners, Mechanical Assembly, System integration and X-Ray.
