Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Permanent General Liability Attorney with a proven track record in insurance defense and General Liability Defense Litigation. As a member of our legal team, you will be responsible for representing our clients in insurance defense cases and providing expert legal advice. You will work closely with our clients and other attorneys to ensure that our clients receive the best possible legal representation.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research and analysis to provide expert legal advice to clients
• Representing clients in insurance defense cases, including General Liability Defense Litigation
• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Conducting depositions and other discovery activities
• Negotiating settlements and plea agreements on behalf of clients
• Appearing in court and arguing cases before judges and juries
• Managing case files and ensuring that all deadlines are met
• Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals to provide the best possible legal representation to clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• 2-22+ years of experience in insurance defense and General Liability Defense Litigation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Active license to practice law in the state where the position is located
