Job Details

Established law firm looking for Associate Attorneys in Marietta (GA) with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in Employment Law, Insurance Defense, and/or Workers’ Comp. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters and ensure they comply with federal and state laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 2+ years of experience practicing law.
• Experience in Employment Law, Insurance Defense and/or Workers’ Comp strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various law matters.
• Draft and review agreements, policies, and procedures.
• Represent clients in administrative proceedings, such as investigations and hearings.
• Represent clients in litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and arguing motions.
