Job Details
- 5+ years of Insurance Defense experience, with first-chair jury trial experience
- Admitted to the Florida bar and must be licensed to practice law
- Professional liability and employment practices experience is strongly desired.
- Negotiation Skills
- Consistently influences claim outcomes through demonstration of effective negotiation techniques
- Ability to deliberately and precisely exchange thoughts and opinions
- Excellent decision-making skill and ability to arrive at a determination in moderate to complex situations after careful consideration of facts and law without undo procrastination
- Strong ability to categorize and prioritize work
- Strong in the courtroom able to demonstrate appropriate courtroom behavior.
