Candidates must have 2 years of experience in sophisticated mergers and acquisitions transactions, preferably including private equity deals. Experienced lateral candidates, including partner-level, encouraged to apply whether or not they have portable business. The firm requires excellent academic credentials as well as written and verbal communication skills, significant mergers and acquisitions transactions experience, a strong work ethic, and comparable law firm experience.
