Business Analyst The Role: Join Vivints Strategy & Analytics function supporting the call center senior leadership.

The team focuses on solving Vivints highest priority and most impactful call center business problems including customer acquisition, customer retention, and operational challenges.

If you enjoy using SQL, math, statistical tools, or Tableau to solve problems, you will fit right in.

We will invest in you and help you think like a consultant to drive answers and action.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Work with Strategy and Analytics leaders to prioritize the highest value customer experience questions Prepare analysis and management reports to help guide business decisions and prioritization Build and maintain key department scorecards on operating metrics Present recommendations and strategies to multiple levels of the organization (front line agents to C-suite) Required Skills: Work with Strategy and Analytics leaders to prioritize the highest value customer experience questions Prepare analysis and management reports to help guide business decisions and prioritization Present recommendations and strategies to multiple levels of the organization (front line agents to C-suite leaders) Required Experience: Basic SQL and Tableau working knowledge What you will be working on: Key department scorecards as well as ad-hoc analyses on forecasting/financial savings/operational efficiencies.
