Babies Getaway provides families with rental baby gear while they are away on vacation. We are one of the top baby rental gear companies in the nation. We have been in business since 2014 and currently service 48 states. We aim to help families have a comfortable and hassle-free getaway! We are looking for hard-working and driven providers to help us provide families in the area with items they need – a crib, car seat, high chair, etc.

As a provider, you will be given the opportunity to accept orders as they come through the Babies Getaway platform. You will then deliver the items, pick them up when finished, and sanitize them for the next customer. The ideal candidate will be driven, goal-oriented, and organized.

Providers are encouraged to invest in increasing their own inventory and can expect up to 20x in returns per item. Babies Getaway can finance increased inventory with 0% interest.

This position is commission based and offers flexible hours and an opportunity for growth within the company.

Our average order value is currently $150, and it is expected to rise as our brand grows. Providers are compensated between 80% and 85% of the order value, plus tips and delivery fees.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and pick up equipment at the scheduled time
• Thoroughly clean and store items between orders
• Manage your own inventory
• Interface with mobile app to receive notifications and manage orders

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to act with integrity and professionalism
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Smoke-free vehicle (SUV preferred)
• Must have an Android/iOS smartphone to use our mobile app
• Experience handling baby gear (such as car seats and strollers) is a plus!
