The Inside Sales Researcher’s role is to support the sales team with lead generation, assignment, appointment setting, research, and database management in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity, which includes assisting in all sales and administrative activities essential for the growth of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with lead generation for sales team
Salesforce.com and Marketo Database Management
Assist in entering/cleaning/prepping database imports for Sales & Marketing efforts
Help ensure proper record keeping in CRM tool, updating related contacts and other objects
Research and enter/import event and other potential sales leads
Determine current decision makes, authorized users, property manager data
Data cleaning, import, and assignment
Monitoring Construction Journal for new communities
Build database of Architectural firms that design communities
Prepare RFPs as needed for more in-depth proposals
Support sales reps with relationship management
Schedule CE Classes, Lunch & Learns
Call on Developers to schedule meetings
Communicate with potential clients on behalf of the sales team
Prepare weekly and monthly reports as needed for management team
Crime Stats
Data mapping
Answer and screen internal/external phone calls and emails related to sales opportunities and assign to appropriate sales rep
Outbound calls
Existing clients to understand upsell opportunities
Lost clients/prospects to understand decision
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
