Summary

To support our vision in delivering the premier client/attorney experience, we are seeking a Mobile Application Developer who will work with stakeholders to define specifications, as well as collaborate with peers to integrate systems and build shared codebases. Our goal is to produce software suitable of a leading law firm – clean, maintainable, and efficient behind the scenes as well as responsive and intuitive for our end users. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and delivering new product features and offerings for our clients. A successful candidate will have 3+ years of JavaScript and HTML experience working with AppFlow for Ionic development teams.
Our applications are continually evolving to incorporate more data sources and provide greater technological experiences, requiring flexible software architecture and the ability to rapidly refactor/modernize. This Mobile Application Developer position is a critical component to our growth strategy and the implementation of groundbreaking technologies.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, modify, deploy and support custom mobile applications for iOS and Android using the Ionic platform
Perform benchmark testing, as well as debugging and documentation of programs, code and data flow
Grow and support our consumer facing mobile and web applications to streamline our client experience
Ability to think through and most importantly articulate complex problems and solutions
Hands-on role with extensive involvement in developing, implementing, operating and enhancing mobile apps
Implement and support top programming practices and standards to deliver quality products predictably and consistently
Executing and crafting technical documentation of newly implemented features and bug fixes
Assisting with and performing upgrades, training, and implementation
Support testing and revisions during app development and peer review process
Operate closely with the platform team to build new features and infrastructure
Develop solutions which account for scalability and optimize performance
Assess new technologies and develop prototypes for continuous improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or similar) with minimum 3 years of related experience
3+ years of HTML, JavaScript, or CSS experience required
Experience in native and cross-platform mobile app development such as iOS and Android
3+ years professional experience mobile app development using Ionic and AppFlow
Familiarity working with Azure DevOps
Experience with source code control, build, and release management
B2C mobile app development experience with build automation, distribution, beta testing, and crash reporting
Results driven, hands on approach to the full product life cycle from idea to implementation
Participated in one or more systems analysis tasks such as: collection of documents, user interviews, file analysis, process flow charting, functional process modeling, data modeling, feasibility, prototyping, and evaluating existing systems
Demonstrated passion to develop new applications and create innovative solutions
Troubleshooting skills; able to solve complex problems through practical use of technology and a detailed understanding of product architecture
Drives for results, reliable and independent self-starter; able to prioritize and complete projects on time; works well in a team collaborative environment
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now, or at any time in the future
