WHAT WE NEED:

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Competitive Mindset
• Proven desire and ability to take initiative
• Interest in a results driven environment, with visibility on key performance indicators
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced setting
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Identify qualified candidates through a number of creative outlets (i.e. job boards, networking groups, etc.)
• Assess candidates through phone screening, interviewing, skills testing, and reference checks
• Maintain and develop relationships with potential qualified candidates via phone and email communications
• Serve as point of contact for candidates and clients by resolving any issues that arise to provide employee and client satisfaction
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly and quarterly quotas
• Obtain and generate sales leads and set new meetings with prospective clients

Salary – $45,000+
