MGT Consulting Group is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to process payroll, administer benefits, and maintain the UKG HRIS system. The Generalist will be responsible for full cycle payroll processing, benefits administration, HR Reporting, and administering all aspects of the UKG system including reporting and implementation of new processes or modules. A strong candidate will have a strong customer-service orientation, respect for employee confidentiality, and a keen eye for systems and processes to improve, update, and sustain our HR practices for a growing team.
