All candidates are prequalified and meet our sales criteria set by our sales leadership.

You will work closely with Local Area Management to ensure all staffing needs are met with high quality Solar Setters.

As an Entry Level Sales Recruiter, you control all parts of the onboarding process until a Setter is ready to attend their first in-person training at their local offices.

Your role is vital in the continuous growth of Blue Raven Solar and will allow us to fulfill our company mission, getting clean, reliable, and cost-effective energy to our clients.RESPONSIBILITIESInterview, hire, and assist in developing new SettersConduct phone interviews with prequalified candidatesCoach potential setters through the onboarding processTrack and Manage applicants in your pipelineEXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREDBe a GO GETTERExcellent verbal communication and ability to convey information clearly and effectivelyGreat interpersonal skillsQuick decision making and problem solving skillsEffectively manage time and have strong organizational skillsCOMPENSATION$17 an hour Commission$60K Annually
