As a Registered Nurse (RN) Preceptor in the Intensive Care Unit, you will bridge the gap between the classroom and clinical area while fulfilling the duties of an RN. In this role, you will prepare newly employed nurses through assessing learning needs, determining goals, role modeling, demonstrating nursing skills and giving timely and appropriate feedback. This role is vital to helping our new caregivers be successful and ensuring that all patients receive the top-quality care that Cleveland Clinic is known for.
