As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Adhere to policies and procedures set by office administration
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Qualifications & Requirements

• HHA Certificate or pass HHA state assessment test or Active Florida CNA License 
• Bilingual a plus! (Spanish or Creole) but not required
• Current FIRST AID & CPR certification
• Current TB (negative PPD results) in the last 6 months (must provide document proof)
• Pass criminal record and obtain Level 2 background screening
• Experience & trained in specialized areas of care: Dementia or Alzheimer’s disease
• Reliable transportation/Valid driver’s license.
