Family Medicine Physician

Our community primary care clinic is looking for a Family Medicine Physician to join our team. You will conduct exams, order tests, and prescribe medicines or implement treatments. We attempt to focus on a higher quality of care rather than a higher quantity of patients, which allows us to see patients on a regular basis and provide comprehensive care. Applicants must have a license to practice medicine and board certification (or eligibility) in internal medicine, family medicine, or obstetrics and gynecology. You should also have a valid DEA registration number. Experience in family practice is beneficial.

Job Responsibilities

• Create patient-specific health programs that make use of historical data.
• Monitor and adapt individualized health programs over time.
• Schedule and administer follow-up examinations.
• Make use of patient health data in medical analyses.
• Offer comprehensive wellness exams.
• Administering vaccinations.
• Recommending specialists for treatment outside of their capacity.
• Educating patients in health management and disease prevention.

Job Skills & Qualifications

• Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.)
• License to practice medicine
• Board certification or eligibility in internal medicine, family medicine, or obstetrics
• DEA registration
• BLS certification
• Bilingual communication skills (preferred)
