Job Details

You will be responsible for design and production of construction documents under the supervision of senior team members. You should be capable of basic design, setting up and coordination of documents, based on standard architectural practices and applicable codes.

Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• 3-5 years with an architectural firm/ in the field
• AutoCAD and/or REVIT, Photoshop and Sketch Up
• BIM (Building Information Modeling)
• Understanding of architecture, building construction, and building codes
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic presentation skills
• Research and apply applicable basic code issues.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production of construction documents and specifications.
• General knowledge of methods, materials and detailing.
• Ability to complete designated scope of work within allotted time budget.
• Assist with permitting process, including response to comments.
• Assist with bidding procedures and construction administration.
• Participates in site visits.
