Job DescriptionOverviewBolt Resources has partnered with a healthcare company to find an IT Support Analyst to with pharmacy experience and/or application software support experience to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician who is interested in learning the IT side of the pharmacy businessAs an IT Support Analyst you will work independently to resolve wide and varying problems using current job knowledge, research and external resources, providing first-level business application, computer software and hardware support across business operations.

Investigate, analyze, and resolve software and communications problems with computer systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve software, peripheral, and communications failures and conflicts Install, integrate, and configure new software/upgrades for users Review, prioritize, and process tickets, document the progress of projects Maintain a high-level quality of customer service standards in commmunicating with and responding to customer questions/concerns Follow procedures and processes for ticket follow up times Resolve Tickets to meet set Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)EDUCATION and TRAINING REQUIREMENTS High School graduation or equivalent is required Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field or equivalent technical/vocational certification or equivalent experience preferred Pharmacy Technician license or trainingQUALIFICATIONS Experience providing tier 1 support with exposure to PC maintenance/repair, application software support, ticketing systems Knowledge of Microsoft Office software products required Network or Systems certifications a plus Pharmacy Tech experience a major plus Retail pharmacy operations highly-preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED Knowledge of pharmacy systems Knowledge of SQL Server and properties.

Detail oriented with strong attention to follow through.

Knowledge of a wide range of computer systems, applications, hardware, and communications Ability to simultaneously coordinate and complete multiple projects Knowledge of computer-troubleshooting techniques Ability to install and configure computer systems, hardware, and peripherals Sound communication and presentation skills; ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated with a positive attitude
