Bilingual Office Receptionist

This is a Full-time position in Winter Haven, FL posted August 4, 2022.

We are looking for a fully bilingual (English & Spanish) Office Receptionist (Bilingual is a must) to greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other organization guests. There are light administrative tasks you will be asked to assist with as well. The ideal candidate will be personable, friendly, and happy to field an array of questions and provide direction and guidance. And comfortable using basic computer and office equipment. Starting hourly compensation ranges from $13 – $15 / hour depending on your level of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs them to the appropriate location. Performs wellness/temperature check. 
  • Answers switchboard, screens, directs phone calls to staff; takes messages if needed.
  • Updates staff phone list as needed. 
  • Receives mail and courier deliveries and distributes items. 
  • Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
  • Performs basic filing.
  • Invoice copying/matching.
  • Takes inventory of office supplies.
  • Bundle payroll checks.
  • Performs other duties.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Work hours

8 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday
