We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Accountant with Real Estate Investment experience in the Technology industry. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our real estate investments and ensuring compliance with corporate tax returns and annual budgets. You will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to senior management and stakeholders, as well as assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Job Details

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on real estate investment.
• Strong understanding of corporate tax returns and annual budgets.
• Experience with financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
